You’ll Love this Cute Indoor Plant Shop

Perth plant fans, there is an indoor plant paradise right here in suburbia called Novos Home Nursery, and it is amazing. Can you believe this place is someone’s backyard – and you can go there to buy plants?

Novo’s Home Nursery in Leeming is run by a lovely family that have turned their backyard into a plant lover’s dream, and it is one of my recommendations when people ask me where I go for reasonably priced, easily accessible indoor plants for gifts (or self-gifts!)

They have succulents, some palms and a lovely variety of indoor plants. As well as cute plants for all price points, they also stock pots, hangers, gravels and stands.

I have a friend and an aunty who live in Leeming, and I have to confess I drove past this house many, many times before I finally decided to stop the car one day to have a look at what they were offering. Despite the signage out the front advertising succulents, I genuinely thought it was just a trestle table of plants in someone’s carport – I would NEVER have guessed there was a lush, jam-packed nursery in the back garden. I’ve also found out that the cafe next to the IGA across the road has great coffee. So there’s a pretty good ‘me time’ activity if you feel like sipping and strolling through succulents. It’s such a cool little Perth place and once you discover where it is, you’ll be making excuses to go back all the time. And why wouldn’t you? Plants make people happy. I’m pretty sure it’s scientifically proven by now.

Novos Home Nursery is open most weekends (they are situated at 46 Farrington Road, Leeming) but they’re not open every day during the week, so best to message first or look up their Facebook page for times. They’re on Instagram @novosnursery.

Please go there now, and buy all the plants so I stop spending all my money. Mr Nerd will thank you.
